You can create a return request from My Orders. The processing of your return depends on the following conditions.

RETURN TERMS

-14 days have not passed since the delivery date of the order to be returned

-Your product has not been used and has not lost its reliability

-The packaging, labels, or box of the product is not damaged in any way

-Your return will be processed provided that the Return Form that comes with your product is completely filled in and signed. Return requests that do not comply with these conditions will be rejected within the scope of the Distance Sales Agreement and the General Communiqué of the Tax Procedure Law.

Please call 0543 175 30 50 or send an e-mail to info@powdershop.com.tr and indicate that you have a return request.

2 - FILL OUT THE RETURN FORM COMPLETELY

Complete the return form sent with your order and make sure you meet the return conditions.

3 - SHIP THE PRODUCT

FOR ISTANBUL Your return will be picked up at your door on the date and time of your choice.

FOR OTHER PROVINCES: You can send the product from the nearest domestic cargo branch with the return code you will receive from us.

Note: The cost of shipments made by other cargoes will be covered by the sender, returns sent with counter payment will not be accepted and will be returned to you. The products will be checked by our team to make sure that they are not damaged. Returns that do not comply with these conditions will not be accepted.
